PhD fellowship in computational analysis and modelling of protein interaction PhD fellowship in computational analysis and modelling of protein interaction The Amelie Stein group is looking for a PhD candidate in computational analysis and modelling of protein interaction. The PhD candidate will work together with other members in the Stein group as well as experimentalists in collaborating groups at UCPH and elsewhere, and other modellers in the Rosetta community. The PhD project aims to study the function of disordered proteins by combining coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations, machine learning and bioinformatics. The start date is expected to be 15 July 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter. Details about the project, what we are looking for and how to apply can be found below. The candidate should have a strong quantitative background. Our group and research- and what do we offer?
